THE MISSION OF THE TRUE GREEN IS TO USE THE POTENTIAL OF ANNUAL PLANTS AS WOOD SUBSTITUTE OF THE FUTURE.
The True Green seeks a balance between the growing demand for consumer products and diminishing natural resources. We focus on business development and economic growth while respecting natural areas and places of long-term development of biodiversity. We look for easily renewable, common, problematic and unwanted materials for our products.

VISION

OUR TEAM
Co-founder of the Green Lanes Company, which develops projects in the field of ecological and groundbreaking solutions. Certified Project Manager: MoP, MoR, MoCh, ITIL, MoV, MSP, P30, Prince, VeriSM, Agile Business Analyst, Professional Scrum Master (I and II), LeanIT, ISTQB, Management 3.0). For the last 9 years, he has created and managed a portfolio of IT projects successfully implemented both for B2B companies (e.g. Mastercard, Saber, Pepsico) and the public sector (ministries). In 2020, he was an advisor to the Management Board of Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Skarbiec for innovative projects.
Piotr Pietras CEO & Co-Founder p.pietras@thetruegreen.world One of the first graduates of Herbology and plant therapies at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin (2013-2018), Pharmaceutical Technician, Inspector of Organic Agriculture entered into the register kept by the Chief Inspector of Commercial Quality of Agricultural and Food Products under number 0748. She started her professional career in the company, which was the first in Poland to extract cannabinoids from hemp using supercritical carbon dioxide. She conducted production and carried out research and development works in agrotechnical companies.
Justyna Bakier Analityk Procesowy / Process Analyst / Co-founder j.bekier@thetruegreen.world A long-time employee of the industrial machinery sector. Passionate about the construction, service and use of equipment used in large-scale production. He participated in the commissioning of technological lines for such companies as: Hortex, Dr. Oetker, Muller
Łukasz Brewczak Process Technologist A graduate of the Poznań University of Life Sciences in the field of Wood Technology. A specialist in the field of furniture and wooden construction, in particular surface refinement and gluing. Co-author of the project awarded at the Section of Student Scientific Circles of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań. In addition, a participant in volunteering and training in the field of engineering design. Enthusiast of eco solutions and the zero waste idea.
Paulina Pasek Material lab technician for wood substitute 
Michał Kuryłło Technologist Expert Consultant Since 2012, the President of the Research and Development Center for the Wood-Based Panels Industry in Czarna Woda. Author of scientific publications in the field of modern solutions, e.g. applications of annual plant elements in the production of insulation materials and boards. Creator of 5 patents. Pioneer of ecological solutions in the field of wood-based panels, repeatedly appreciated for scientific achievements with national and international awards, e.g. Silver Medal - Brussels Eureka (Brussels) or Gold Medal Award (Taiwan).
